It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Flora Kay Mizer of Worthington, Indiana, born in Linton, Indiana, who passed away on October 23, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Flora Kay has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred B. Dyer and Virginia M. Dyer (Stahl); and her siblings, Vivian Arlene Wright (Paul) and John Albert Dyer (Sharon). She is survived by: her husband Floyd Robert "Bob" Mizer of Worthington; her children, Brian Mizer (Kendra) of Toledo, Ohio and Dianna Wardlow (Jon) of Columbus, Indiana; and her granddaughters, Amy Wardlow and Sarah Wardlow. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Worthington Assembly of God Church (303 Canal St, Worthington, IN 47471). A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
