She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Blume and Emma Blume (Helderle); her husband Robert "Bob" Provo; her sons, Ronald Provo and Dale Provo; and her siblings, Verba Schwab, Donna Knochel, Donald Blume and Glenn Blume.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry Provo (Karen) of Palm Bay, FL, Gregory Provo of Worthington, Kevin Provo of Worthington, Dennis Provo (Peggy) of Yulee, FL, David Provo (Kimberly) of Worthington and Keith Provo (Candi) of Clay City; and her grandchildren, Scott Provo, Andy Provo, Chad Provo, Ron Provo, Samantha Mason, Alex Provo, Levi Provo, Heather Starks, Paul White, Brittani Rehmel, Amanda Strange, Dillon Zufall, Keaton Zufall, Nathan Rode and Ryan Rode. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
