He is survived by: his wife Mary Katheryn Speer; his son Keith Jeffrey Ratliff (Helen); his grandchildren, Chad Myers (Belinda) and Carissa Myers; his great grandchildren, Samara, Lacy and Paxton of Australia; his grandson Karl David Ratliff (Gina); his great grandchildren, David (Anna), Jonathan, Abigail and Michael of Piketon, Ohio; his sister Rosalee Kent (Ratliff) of Fredericksburg, Texas; and his siblings-in-law, Lloyd James Speer (Christal) of Tennessee, Leslie Speer (Patti) of Florida and Char Gast (Rick) of Michigan. He is also survived by niece and several cousins.
