She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Gustin (Jude) and Chester Gustin; her husband Willis Messman; and her siblings, Mark Gustin, Phil Gustin, Helen Zuber and Maribel Wegmann.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Kemerer (Tom), Denise, Diane Miller (Dan) and Brenda Stuckey (Mike); and her sisters, Naomi Snyder, Jane Yoder, Carol Miller and Judy Emenhiser. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, & 28 great grandchildren.
