He is survived by: his wife Nancy Betts; his daughters, Denay Howard, Leslie Shaffer (BJ) and Lisa Bledsoe; and his stepchildren, Dawn Martin (Robert) and Darin Gorrell (Shirley). He is also survived by five grandchildren and great grandchildren.
