He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Logan (Hay) and Burgess Logan; his siblings, Sharon Taylor and Harold Logan; and his stepsons, Benji Rauch and Nicholas Woods.
He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his children, Kevin Logan, Jr. (Angela) of Fort Wayne, Shaton Kisskick (Mark) of New Castle, Billy Rauch Jr. (Cady) of New Haven and Daniel Logan of Woodburn; his siblings, Lou of New Castle, Warren of New Castle and Carol of New Castle; his stepmother Arlene; and his stepbrothers, Jim and Walter. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
