She is survived by: her children, Anthony Hetrick (Kathy) of Leo, Allen Hetrick of Leo and Julie Johnson (Kenneth) of Fort Wayne; her grandchildren, Kirk Hetrick (Darci) of Fort Myers, FL, Kaleb Hetrick (Hannah) of Fort Wayne, Kelsey Martin (Nick) of Auburn and Hailey Johnson of Fort Wayne; her great grandchildren, Luke, Makenna, Bexlee, Aria and Roman; and her siblings, Edith M. Liao of Westerville, OH and Arthur W. Yant of Saint Paul, MN..
