He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Blake and Schultheis. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Blake; his children, Cindy Goble (John) of Peru, Robert Blake (Veronica) of Kendallville and Richard Blake (Sybil) of Garrett; and his stepchildren, Heather Shankle (Steve), Kathleen Salazar (Cesar Ruiz), Robert Salazar (Tennielle) of Fort Wayne and Michael Salazar (Amanda) of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
