He was predeceased by: his mother Esther Bivens. He is survived by: his father Richard Bivens; his children, Amanda Dennie, Elizabeth Bivens and Jeffrey A. Bivens Jr.; his stepdaughters, Marjie Ellis and Jessica Swartz; his grandchildren, Bianka Bivens, Kayden Nicodemus, Joseph Leslie, Kiersten Nicodemus and Nicholas Heiman; and his siblings, Linda Morgan, Art Bivens (Jean), Mike Bivens (Debbie), Becky Andrews (Ron), Chuck Bivens (Tami) and Peggy Bivens-Quinn (Casey). He is also survived by many cousins, friends, nieces, & nephews.
Preferred memorials are to the grandchildren's college fund, c/o Chuck Bivens or Indiana Parkinson Foundation.
