James Lengacher Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Lengacher of Woodburn, Indiana, born in New Haven, Indiana, who passed away on July 14, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor D. Lengacher and Dena Lengacher (Delagrange); his daughter Carolyn Kauffman; his great grandchild Diana Rose Eicher; and his brother Joe Lengacher.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Mae Lengacher of Woodburn; his children, Steven Lengacher (Darlene) of Woodburn, Judy Eicher (Tim) of Grabill and Grace Hochstetler (Brad) of Woodburn; his son-in-law Paul Kauffman of Hicksville, OH; and his siblings, Anna Marie Brandenberger (Emmanuel) of Grabill, Victor Lengacher (Melinda) of Grabill, Emma Graber (Junior), Marian Schmucker of New Haven, Martha Steury (LaVerne) of Grabill and David Lengacher (Leah) of Grabill. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Fellowship Haven School.
