He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Bender and Annabelle Bender (Graham); and his wife Deborah (Lesh). He is survived by: his sons, Adam Bender and Daniel Bender (Mary); his granddaughter Caitlin; and his sisters, Jeannette Emley and Iris Radecki. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
