He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Ringenberg and Edna Ringenberg; his wife Violet Egly Ringenberg; his daughter Dorcas McDeavitt; and his sister Mary Evelyn Swedberg.
He is survived by: his sons, Roger Ringenberg (Carol) and Gary Ringenberg (Kathy Lynn) of Ft. Wayne; his foster daughter Yvonne Grady Nigh; his son-in-law Dave McDeavitt (Cherie) of Longview, TX; his grandchildren, Jody Dietsch, Jill Park (Ft Wayne), Ryan Ringenberg (Jennifer) of Carmel, IN, Brent Ringenberg (Karla) of Wauseon, OH, Jacob Ringenberg (Carly) of Greenwood, SC, Jon Ringenberg of Oklahoma City, OK, Sarah Swygart (David) of Forest Park, IL, Kathryn Ringenberg (Ft Wayne), Chad Grieser (Amy) of Blufton, IN, Anthony Grieser of Cincinnati, OH, Jennifer Gaylor (Matt) of Westfield, IN, Jaime Nigh of San Diego, CA, Kaliegh O'Grady, Hannah Joliff (Greg) and Noah Nigh of West Lafayette, IN; and his brother Ralph Ringenberg of Elkart, IN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
