With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cheryl Lynn Hammond of Woodburn, Indiana, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on November 13, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Hoeppner and Gladys Hoeppner (Bosselman). She is survived by: her husband Gary of Woodburn; her sons, Trent (Ashley) of Hicksville, OH and Trevor (Kim) of Fort Wayne; her grandchildren, Owen, Brynn, Ailsa, Liberty, Joshua, Justina and Jayden; and her siblings, Connie Smith (Rick), Christine Klopfenstein (Todd), Steve Hoeppner (Sally) and Matt Hoeppner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Preferred memorials are to Woodburn Fire and EMS, Christ Lutheran Church, or Woodburn Lutheran School.
