She is survived by: her children, Jessica Smith (Jayson) of Kendallville, Larry Polly, Jr. of Angola, Tyana Jeffries (William) of Wolcottville, Mary Williams (Jackie) of LaGrange and Casey Polly of Wolcottville; her grandchildren, Dustin Polly, Caleb Polly, Sammi Gibson, Celeste Kline, Malaki Jefferies, Rainah Jefferies, Chase Miller (Makayla Marshall), Caitlynn Miller (Zach Hillman), Charlie Miller, Larry Miller, Emily Zimmerman, Taylor Williams, Megan Williams, Cameron Williams, Angel Taylor, Connor Leins, Elaine Leins and Kadynce Smith; and her sisters, Jan Kirk (Tim) of West Virginia, Linda Charles of Goshen, Barbara Johnson of North Carolina and Trisha Anders of Georgia. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
