He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Motz and Catherine Martha Emily Motz (Harrison); and his wife Linda L. Leake. He is survived by: his children, Amy Motz of Stroh and Andy Motz of Wolcottville; and his grandchildren, Oakley Hall, Isaiah Bolen, Miranda Motz, Riley Motz and Alayna Motz.
