She was predeceased by: her mother Carol Kay Omans (Ballinger); her sisters, Christine Omans and Kelly Omans; and her father William Campbell. She is survived by: her husband Russell Eugene DeCamp, Jr. of Wolcottville; her daughters, Krystal DeCamp (Eric Hart) of Wolcottville, Samantha DeCamp (Jordan) of Warsaw and Alexis DeCamp of Wolcottville; her grandchildren, Russell Muzzillo of Wolcottville, Carter Hart of Wolcottville and Spencer Ritchie of Rome City; her siblings, Lori Zimmer of Goshen, Mary Brumbaugh (Rob) of Sturgis, Debra Campbell of Sturgis, Billie Sue Mullins (Mose) of Kendallville, William Ray Zimmer of Michigan and Michael Campbell of Kendallville; her aunt Eva L. Ballinger; and also Russell Eugene DeCamp, Sr.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Preferred memorials are to the family to help defray funeral expenses.
