He is survived by: his children, Rebekah Nissley of Topeka, Rachel Miller (LaVern) of Middlebury, Ruth Mast (Floyd) of Howe, William Nissley (Mary Ann) of Wolcottville, John Nissley (Mary Kathryn) of Millersburg and Leroy, Jr. Nissley (Loranna) of Middlebury; and his siblings, Katie and William (Susan). He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
