We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2021, at the age of 76, Joanna Jacobs of Wolcottville, Indiana, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hill and Alice Hill; and her sister-in-law Barbara Hill. She is survived by: her husband Barry Jacobs; her children, Jim Taylor (Patty) of Phoenix, Adam Taylor (Tricia) of Crozet, Virginia and Danielle Talarico (Sam) of Fort Wayne; her stepsons, Bradley Jacobs (Lucy) of Fort Wayne and Carl Jacobs (Cherie) of Fort Wayne; her brother Jeff Hill of Fort Wayne; and her grandchildren, Dylan, Mackenzie, Brett, Jack Taylor, Charlie, Addison, Enzo Taylor, George, Alice, Sophia Talarico, Brady, Carly Jacobs, Stella and Charlotte Jacobs.
Face masks are required and social distancing will be followed.
