It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Lee Higgins of Wolcottville, Indiana, born in Elkhart, Indiana, who passed away on July 29, 2020, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Higgins and Elizabeth Higgins; his brother James Neff; and his stepdaughter Kelly Bradley. He is survived by: his wife Janette Higgins of Wolcottville; his daughter Landyn Bradley of Wolcottville; his stepsons, Kevin Bradley (Jessica) of Garrett and Kyle Bradley (Ashley) of LaGrange; his brothers, Gary Neff of Elkhart and David Neff of Elkhart; and his sister-in-law DeRonda Neff of Niles, Michigan.. He is also survived by three step grandchildren.
