It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James W. Gallup of Wolcottville, Indiana, born in Kendallville, Indiana, who passed away on January 6, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Gallup and Josephine Gallup (Frick); and his nephew Martin Meyers. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Gallup of Wolcottville; his children, Angela Baker of Goshen and Jeffrey Gallup (Teri) of Wolcottville; his grandchildren, Gracie Gallup, Aiva Gallup, Christopher Hawk (Carmen) and Katelyn Shide (Nicholas); his great grandchildren, Sophia Hawk, Layton Hawk, Harrison Hawk, Lincoln Shide and Bennett Shide; his siblings, Barb Chandler (James) of Fort Wayne, Deborah Kerr (Michael) of Indianapolis and Philip Gallup (Kathy) of Fort Wayne; and his nieces, Cindy Shepherd (Arnold), Penny Flesh (Tony), Julie Richardson (Jon) and Mindy Tinsley.
