He was predeceased by: his father William Coburn; and his siblings, Vicki Dawson and Billy Coburn. He is survived by: his wife Bernice Coburn (Sparkman) of Wolcottville; his daughter Jessica Miller; his son-in-law Phillip Miller of Ashley; his son Jack Coburn, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Christy Bryan-Coburn of Land; his stepchildren, Kathy Campbell (Jason) of Nappanee, Tracy Williams of Ligonier, Lena Williams of Ligonier, Brian Sparkman (Joyce) of Ligonier and Aaron Williams (Kari Hankins) of Kendallville; and his grandchildren, Karlee Miller and Julian Coburn. He is also survived by numerous step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren; and two brothers and sisters-in-law.
