He was predeceased by: his parents, Lenix D. Wells and Ruth D. Wells (Adams); and his brother Wilbur Wells. He is survived by: his children, Gordon E. Wells, Jr. (Tammy) of Kendallville, IN and Christine Aldrich (Todd) of Kendallville; his grandchildren, Dawn Bittner (Luke), Chelsea Ewell, Megan Poyser (Matthew), Alec Wells and London Terry (Taylor); his brother Chalmer Wells of Wolcottville, IN; and his sister-in-law Nancy Wells of Wolcottville, IN.. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
