He is survived by: his children, Mike Mathew of Kingman, IN, John Mathew (Tina) of Logansport, IN, Gina Culver (John) of Chalmers, IN, Paul Mathew (Mary Ellen) of Remington and Beth Baker (Lonnie) of Lafayette, IN.; his sisters, Alice Shillis of Nashville, TN, Mabel Hendryx of Brookston, Grace Oiler (Robert "Red") of Monticello and Martha; and his close friend Connie Jeffries.
