He was predeceased by: his father Thomas H. DiCarlo. He is survived by: his mother Nadine DiCarlo (Thomas); his husband Michael Johnson; his sister Monique DiCarlo (Faith Wilmot); and his niece Miracle Wilmot-DiCarlo. He is also survived by extended family, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
