He is survived by: his girlfriend Jennie of New York; his stepsons, Trevor Hill of Indiana, Mason Hill of Indiana and Corbin Hill of Indiana; his siblings, James Michael Caudill of Winchester, Kim Delph of Indiana and Diane Bowman of Indiana; his aunts and uncles, Gary Creech (Sandy) of Premium, George Creech (Rachel) of Arizona, Tim Caudill (Lori) of Florida, Ivol Caudill (Francie) of Ohio and Teresa Reed (Michael) of Florida; his close friends, Bob Worley (Glenda) and Randy Woolhite; and his stepfather Don White (Truck Drivers).
