He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Bahler and Emma Bahler (Steffen); his brothers, Alfred and Lowell Bahler; his brothers-in-law, Ben Habegger, Dan Kupferschmid and Bob Pfister; and his great grandchildren, Elaina Stoller and Ashley Blume.
He is survived by: his children, Lynell Blume (Larry) of Brookston, Mark Bahler (Benita) of Wolcott, Jerry Bahler of Wolcott and Tim Bahler (Lynnette) of Wolcott; and his sisters, Arlene Habegger of Bluffton, Lora Kupferschmid of Paxton, IL and Janice Pfister of Leo, IN.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.
