He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Hayes and Opha Hayes (Beadles); his former wife Carolyn Boles; and his wife Preceding. He is survived by: his children, William D. Hayes (Kathy) of Winslow, IN and Patricia Dulworth (Darin) of Petersburg, IN. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
