She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lewis Quick and Letta Mae Mason; her husband Arthur Carroll Culver of Oakland City; her siblings, Gettis W. Quick, John W. Quick, Kenneth Harper (Zeke), Virginia Green and Patricia Sheetz; and her son-in-law Butch Small.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Small of Ayrshire, Marquette Cook (Darrell) of Winslow, Mary Bartley (Roger) of Georgia and Carol Duzan (Dean).
