She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bowman and Julia Bowman; her husband Rufus A. Blair; and her brothers, Paul Bowman, Harlan Bowman, Roy Bowman and Forrest "Pug" Bowman.
She is survived by: her children, Chuck Blair (Tarri) of Winslow, Kenneth Blair of Dale, Julia Waltz of Crawfordsville, IN and Glenda Greene (Jack) of Rockville, IN. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
