He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hamm and Mildred Hamm (Boger). He is survived by: his wife Patty Hamm; his children, J. D. Hamm (Karen) and Roxann Hamm; his stepchildren, Adam Bertram (Miranda) and Lacey Monyhan (Gary); his siblings, Don Hamm (Brenda), Jeanette Kinman (Gary) and John Dersch (Mary Lou); his grandchildren, Emmalynn, Ronnie, Ella, Paige, Rylee and Naomi Grace; and his great grandchild Samuel Hamm. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
