He was predeceased by: his parents, Linden Paul and Edith Deffendall (Bunt); and his sister Sue Selby. He is survived by: his children, Jedediah Comer of Boonville, Melissa Deffendall of Winslow, Michelle Dillon of Petersburg and Maranda McCollum of Georgia; his siblings, Roger, Ed, Lee Deffendall and Debbie Underhill; and his grandchildren, Tobias, Sophie, Zoie, Kannon, River, Malcolm, Liam, Daisy, Bella and Emma.
