She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lewis and Marguerite Lewis; her brothers, James Lewis (Joan) and Bill Lewis (Helen); her niece Karen Lewis Bell; and her nephew Jerry Lewis.
She is survived by: her son Thomas Witherspoon (Vicki); her granddaughters, Stephanie Witherspoon (Travis Dimmig) and Sarah Witherspoon; her nieces and nephews, LaRae Sorrell (Ralph), Alicia McMunn (Ron), John Lewis and David Lewis; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rhonda Curtis (Mark), Allison McMunn (Bill Grubb), Kara Moyer, Jennifer York (Steven), R. W. Sorrell (Heather), Michael McMunn (Shannon) and Bryan Bell (Jill).
