He is survived by: his mother Toni Summers of Petersburg, IN.; his children, Donavon, Jacob Decker of Petersburg, IN and Felicia; his sister Kelly Farmer of Winslow, IN; his fiancé Terra Cook of Petersburg, IN.; and his nieces and nephews, Justin, Eric and Lacy.
