He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Nickless; his children, Victor Max Nickless (Rebecca), Harley E. Nickless (Shelly) and Joni Mitchell (Randy); and his siblings, Barbara Burnworth and Shirley Smith. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
