He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Simmons and Gayle Simmons (Nelson); and his sister Vicky Staats. He is survived by: his wife Katrinka Simmons (McKinney); his children, Konner Simmons and Keegan Simmons; his sisters-in-law, Tammy Faries of California, Stesha Staats of Winslow and Kesha Adams of Oakland City, IN; and his nieces and nephews, Joda, Kyle, Heather Staats, Holly and Tyler Simmons.
