He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Rainey and Margaret Rainey; his brothers, Ronald, Arville and Wayne; and his sons, Scottie and Stevie Rainey.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Rainey; his son Jeremy Rainey (Sonia); his grandchildren, Coltyn, Emma, Bryce, Hannah and Baylie Rainey; his siblings, Donald Rainey, Edna Loveless (Robert), Mary Tait, Norman Rainey, Margaret Horn and Bonnie Basham (Dave); and his siblings-in-law, Rhonda Bozikis, John Horton (Beth), Pam Harmon, Carrie Meade (Ronnie), Kelly Horton, Delama Willis (Doyle) and Nick Wheeler (Amber). He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
