He is survived by: his wife Shannon; his children, David Jr. McKinney (Tamara) and Karla Greulich (Mark); his grandchildren, Breanne Walters (Stephen), Alyssa Manges (Justin) and Myriah Greulich; his great grandchildren, Brenden, Kylah and Kian Walters; and his siblings, Dale (Karen), Eugene (Karla), Rick McKinney and Linda Yager (David).
