He was predeceased by: his brother John Culver; and his son-in-law James Robert Small. He is survived by: his wife Vada Culver of Winslow; and his daughters, Cathy Small of Winslow, Marquette Cook (Darrell) of Winslow, Mary Bartley (Roger) of Savannah, GA and Carol Duzan (Dean) of Marshall, IL. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
