He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Woolsey and Sherry (Fowler); his wife Rachelle (Fox); his children, Bailey Jo and Zain Malcolme; his brother Clay Small of Petersburg, IN; his stepsister Angie Nunn (Justin) of Laporte, IN; his fathers-in-law, Keith Fox (Cheryl) of Vincennes, IN and Matthew Gilliland (Cyndi) of Winchester, IN.; his brother-in-law Trey Fox; his grandmother Sarah Woolsey; his aunts, Karen Poselwait, Shanetta Cox, Kathy Poselwait and Betty Manion; and his cousins, Misty Garland, Andrew Poselwait, Apryl Hill, Holly Bowling, Jeremy Drew, Alex Poselwait and Dustin Matteson.
