She was predeceased by: her father Michael R. Thompson. She is survived by: her mother Shelia Boger of Winslow, IN; her children, Caiden Crume and Adeline Havens; her brother Jeremiah Thompson (Kristy) of Winslow, IN; and her grandmother Georgia Barrett of Winslow, IN. She is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews and several aunts and uncles.
Memorial contribution maybe given to Lamb-Basham Memorial for expenses.
