He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Louise Howie (Roberts) and Gail Von Howie; his brother Douglas Howie; and his daughter Patti Tucker. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Suzanne Howie; his children, Cari Konold (Robert) and Jeffrey "Jeff" Howie (Jennifer); his grandchildren, David, Anna, Sarah, Emmaline and Aliza; and his sisters, Donna Marhefka and Gwen Hunt (Larry).
