He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Lowe (Susan) of Raysal, WV and Lanā Bevely (Piper) of Warsaw; his children, Jordan Lowe of Warsaw, Jaxon, Colt and Blakelynn; his siblings, Joshua Brooks (Alecia) of Warsaw and Shannon Lowe of Florida; and his grandparents, Tommy Lowe of Raysal, WV, Sharon Dustin and Donna Piper.
