He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Elaine Trudy Wroughton (Alvey) and Charles Richard Wroughton; and his sister Sue Howell. He is survived by: his wife Cindy J. Wroughton; his children, Laura Wroughton, Jenny Wroughton, Ryan Wroughton (Emma), Rachel Brown and Carrie Castillo; his grandchildren, Natalie and Zachary Brown; and his siblings, Frank Wroughton (Sandy), Jon Wroughton (Julie) and Jane Pepin (Kevin).
If six feet of social distancing is not maintained then masks are required for the visitation and service.
Memorial donations may be directed to Winona Lake Grace Brethren Church, 1200 Kings Highway, Winona Lake, Indiana 46590 and would be appreciated by the family.
