He is survived by: his spouse Pamela Samuelson; his children, Andrew Waugh (Becky), Megan Waugh, Sherri Borkholder (Vern), Goshen, Shelley Vernatter (Robert), Tippecanoe Fulton, Lisa Fulton (Steve) and Warsaw; and his siblings, Gene Waugh (Billy Jo) of Elgin, IL, Breaux Bridges and Lindel McCarty (John) of Columbus, OH.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
