He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Kohler (Gallagher) and Kenneth Robert Kohler. He is survived by: his wife Miriam J. Kohler of Winona Lake, IN; and his sons, Brian Kohler (Katrina) of Clarksville, IN, Dwight Kohler (Geri) of North Pole, AK, Todd Kohler (Jennifer) of Warsaw, IN and Eric Kohler (Terra) of Helena, AL. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren.
