She was predeceased by: her parents, Merl Sponseller and Lucile Sponseller (Yockey); her daughter Jalaine Brumfield; and her former husbands, Richard C. "Dick" Heagy and Larry.
She is survived by: her children, Nanette Pierce (Les) of Warsaw and Hal Heagy (Geri) of Warsaw; her sister Kay Lozier of Winona Lake; and her grandchildren, Jorie Yarber, Jared Brumfield, Mallery Pierce, Austin Pierce, Whitney Olson and Sarah Allison. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
