He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel M. Lowman and Thelma F. Lowman (Paulus); his close friend Linda J. MacDonald (Winona Lake); his brother Lt. Samuel Lowman, Jr. (Bud); his wife Rosemarie Lowman (Hill); his daughter Pamela M. Plesher; his granddaughter Meghan M. Miller; and his great grandchild Jakob D. Blount.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Deaton (Todd), Lynda Miller (Tony) of Warsaw and Michael Lowman (Shari Gibson) of Yelm, Washington; his grandchildren, Sheena White (Nate), Blake Deaton of Warsaw, Haley White (David) of Sitka, Chase Deaton (Megan) of Leesburg and Kristin Blount (Josh) of Ardmore, Oklahoma; and his great grandchildren, Parker Deaton, Johanna White, William White, Ryan Carnes, Roman Deaton of Warsaw, Reid Deaton of Terre Haute, Gwen White, Alice White of Sitka, Paul Deaton, Owen Deaton, Charlotte Deaton of Leesburg, Jonathan Blount and Noah Blount of Ardmore.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Grace Village Retirement Community (337 Grace Village Dr, Winona Lake, IN 46590).
