She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Waggoner and Sarah Waggoner (Crothers); her husbands, Walter Coffing and Jeff Ruble; and her brother Charles Waggoner.
She is survived by: her daughter Alisha Sallee of Winona Lake, Indiana; her granddaughter Lexy Melton; and her siblings, James Waggoner (Yvonne) of Niles, Annette Short (John) of Statesville and Ellen Gipson of Kendallville, Indiana.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
