She is survived by: her daughters, Terri Musto (Pat) and Barb Ballinger (Chris); her grandchildren, Gina Musto, Trevor Ballinger and Jeffrey Ballinger; her great grandchildren, Laila Ballinger, Olivia Ballinger, Ellie Ballinger and Rhett Ballinger; her stepchildren, Keith, Duane, Nelson, Chris Schuman and Jana MacFarlane; her brother Richard Swihart; and her half-brother Rex Tumbleson.
