She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Max Fluke, Mary Ellen Fluke and Kathryn "Kathy" Herman. She is survived by: her parents, Don Fluke and Cindi Fluke (Herman) of Winona Lake, IN; her sister Kim (Jared) Meidal; her grandfather Ken Herman; and also John Teevan. She is also survived by three nephews, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
Memorial contributions in Bethany's memory should be payable to the "Cleveland Clinic Epilepsy Center" and may be given to the funeral home or the church.
